We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a fully remote Medical Information role. You'll handle inquiries from healthcare providers and patients on drug safety, dosing, interactions, and product updates — clinical work, done entirely from a home office, with the rigor of a regulated industry behind every response.
Compensation: $183,500 annually.
Responsibilities
- Respond to medical and pharmaceutical inquiries from providers, patients, and internal teams with accurate, well-sourced information
- Work through clinical data to resolve harder questions around drug interactions, indications, and safety profiles
- Log every interaction thoroughly, following internal protocol and applicable compliance standards
- Escalate adverse event reports and product complaints to the correct department without delay
- Track product updates, label changes, and current pharmaceutical literature
- Maintain reference materials — templates, FAQs, and internal documentation the wider team relies on
- Communicate across phone, email, and internal platforms, adjusting tone to match the audience
Required Background
- Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in a pharmacy-related field
- Active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state
- 2 years of prior experience in medical information, drug safety, or clinical pharmacy
- Working knowledge of FDA drug safety requirements and how post-market monitoring functions in practice

- Time spent at a pharmaceutical call center, manufacturer, or medical communications agency
