What You’ll Do Each Day

Your work will be about more than just the platform—it’s about building relationships and supporting the growth of every learner. You’ll join forces with educators, tech pros, and creative minds to keep our online learning environment welcoming and practical.

• Course Creation: Collaborate with instructional designers to develop courses that are clear, engaging, and easily accessible to all.
• LMS Administration: Oversee user accounts, handle tech hiccups, and keep all data organized and safe.
• Support & Coaching: Help teachers, students, and staff from different backgrounds make the most of our LMS tools.
• Feedback and Improvement: Listen to user feedback and review analytics to improve our teaching and learning methods continually.
• Collaboration: Build bridges across departments so every voice is heard and included in our growth.
• Data Privacy & Security: Treat every user’s information with the care and confidentiality it deserves.

Tools & Technology

You’ll use major LMS platforms (like Canvas, Moodle, and Blackboard), content authoring tools, and cloud-based apps that connect remote teams. If you know about web accessibility, learning standards, or online meeting tech, you’ll feel right at home.
