Where You'll Spend Your Time
- Rewriting and restructuring resumes so achievements — not just duties — stand out to both recruiters and applicant tracking systems
- Auditing and optimizing LinkedIn profiles for visibility and recruiter searches
- Running mock interviews and giving direct, usable feedback afterward
- Advising clients on realistic job search strategies based on their target role and industry
- Staying current on hiring trends so your guidance reflects what's actually working in 2026, not what worked five years ago
- Tracking client progress and adjusting the approach when something isn't landing
What You Bring to the Table
This isn't an entry-level role. You should already have hands-on experience in resume writing, career coaching, recruitment, or a closely related field — enough that you're not learning the fundamentals on the job.
