What You'll Own Day to Day
Expect your time to split across a few core areas:

- Building diagnostic reports and solution roadmaps that leadership can actually act on
- Working directly with teams across departments — gathering input, running discussions, making sure the right voices are in the room
- Applying Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methods where they genuinely fit, not just because they're familiar
- Rolling out automation tools and integration frameworks that reduce manual busywork
- Creating playbooks and running training sessions so new processes actually get adopted, not ignored
- Defining success metrics and reporting progress through dashboards and stakeholder updates
What You Need to Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
- Experience: 5+ years in IT process improvement, business analysis, or consulting
- Working knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile frameworks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus project management and automation tools
- The ability to explain complex process changes clearly to people outside IT
- Analytical skills sharp enough to turn messy data into a decision someone can actually make
- A genuine track record of working well with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
