Key Responsibilities

Project Strategy and Execution

• Define, develop, and manage infrastructure project plans with measurable milestones.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and infrastructure capabilities.
• Monitor project key performance indicators (KPIs), including system uptime, deployment timelines, and resource utilization.n

Cross-Team Coordination

• Partner with Network Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and Security Analysts
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a unified understanding
• Facilitate regular virtual syncs, stand-ups, and retrospective reviews

Risk Management and Compliance

• Conduct infrastructure risk assessments and apply mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
• Document system transitions and configuration changes for audit readiness

Continuous Improvement

• Utilize infrastructure analytics to identify areas of optimization
• Promote automation and containerization to reduce manual workloads

Qualifications and Skills

Required Experience

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT infrastructure projects

Preferred Expertise

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and secure access service edge (SASE) frameworks
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
