What You'll Be Doing (AKA How You'll Rock This Role)
Strategic HR Wizardry
- Design, roll out, and refine company-wide HR strategies with remote-first principles at the core.
- Align human capital plans with long-term organizational goals.
- Lead talent management initiatives that make people say, “Wow, HR rocks!”
Culture Architect
- Shape and safeguard a remote work culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
- Create innovative employee engagement programs — no boring surveys here.
- Promote diversity, equity, and belonging like it’s your superpower.
Talent Whisperer
- Champion creative hiring practices that uncover the best human gems across the globe.
- Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions that attract unicorns (and keep imposters out).

- Monitor HR analytics to improve performance, satisfaction, and retention.

What You Bring (Besides a Mug of Coffee)
- A minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication skills — yes, emojis count.
- Experience with HRIS systems, global payroll, and virtual hiring platforms.
- An uncanny ability to read the room — even when the room is a Zoom grid.
- Creativity in your approach to problem-solving and people strategy.
- Bonus points for SHRM-CP, PHR, or some other fancy acronym you use.
