Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Create and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with our mission.
• Research and identify potential donors, corporate sponsors, and grant opportunities.
• Manage and execute diverse fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assess fundraising strategies through data analysis and adapt initiatives for optimization.
• Innovate and introduce creative fundraising ideas to increase donor engagement.

Donor Relations & Stewardship

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors and funding partners.
• Develop personalized communication strategies to strengthen donor engagement.
• Prepare impactful donor outreach materials such as newsletters and appreciation letters.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgment and recognition of all contributions.
• Coordinate donor appreciation events to reinforce long-term commitment.

Grant Writing & Reporting

• Research and apply for grants aligned with our organization’s objectives.
• Develop persuasive and well-researched grant proposals to secure funding.
• Maintain a systematic grant tracking calendar for efficient submission and follow-up.
• Evaluate fundraising performance through comprehensive reports and data analysis.
• Effectively communicate grant utilization and outcomes to stakeholders.

Community Engagement & Advocacy

• Drive community engagement efforts to support fundraising initiatives.
• Organize virtual and in-person fundraising events to enhance outreach.
• Build partnerships with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and foundations.
• Represent the organization at fundraising and networking events to expand reach.
• Develop advocacy campaigns to increase public awareness and donor participation.

Qualifications

✔️ Experience & Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, donor development, or nonprofit initiatives.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messages.
• Proficiency in donor database management, CRM systems, and fundraising software.
• Understanding of grant writing, sponsorship outreach, and nonprofit financial strategies.
• An analytical mindset is needed to interpret fundraising data and optimize performance.
• Experience in planning events and managing donor engagement strategies.
