Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Outreach

  • Craft customized sourcing strategies tailored to niche roles across departments.
  • Actively scout talent through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
  • Conduct proactive outreach using targeted messaging and creative engagement tactics.

Screening & Relationship Building

  • Interview candidates with a focus on behavioral insights, role alignment, and values fit.
  • Cultivate candidate pipelines and maintain engagement across hiring stages
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to internal team leads, offering insight on market dynamics and talent alignment on market trends and candidate experience

Offer & Onboarding Collaboration

  • Partner with compensation and operations teams to craft compelling offers
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from offer to onboarding with a high-touch approach
  • Maintain compliance with hiring practices and ensure data integrity in ATS systems
