Location: Remote Salary: $144,518 per year Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: As a Remote Engagement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance engagement with our digital platforms. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a proven digital engagement, strategy development, and performance analysis track record. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that drive user interaction, satisfaction, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Development:
    • Design and implement innovative engagement strategies to improve user interaction across digital platforms.
    • Analyze current engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement to develop targeted strategies that drive higher user engagement.
    • Develop detailed engagement plans that include goals, tactics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  2. Content and Campaign Management:
    • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to design and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Oversee the creation of content that supports engagement goals, including articles, videos, social media posts, and interactive elements.
    • Ensure that all content and campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure engagement metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and user feedback.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of engagement data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  4. User Experience Optimization:
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that digital platforms are user-friendly and optimized for maximum engagement.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform improvements in platform design and functionality.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other research methodologies to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment on engagement strategies and initiatives.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions for improving user engagement.
    • Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement strategies and campaigns.
  6. Market Research and Trends Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best digital engagement and user experience practices.
    • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and identify new opportunities for engagement.
    • Apply insights from research to enhance engagement strategies and drive innovation.
  7. Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and budgets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of engagement initiatives.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital engagement, marketing strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful engagement strategies across various digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
