What You'll Need
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field — business, legal studies, communications, that range.
- Experience: At least 2 years in document review, compliance, or quality assurance work.
- An analytical mind that actually enjoys detail-heavy work rather than tolerating it.
- Some hands-on time in document management systems or digital review tools.
- A working grasp of whatever compliance framework applies to the industry you'd be reviewing for.
- Writing clear enough that someone else can understand exactly what you flagged and why.
