Core Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of clinical trials remotely, ensuring that studies adhere to protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Build honest, positive relationships with site staff, investigators, and research teams—fostering teamwork and problem-solving together.
• Examine source documentation, confirm the accuracy of data, and manage timely, secure entries via digital platforms.
• Organize remote site assessments, compile clear and concise reports, and communicate findings to ensure trials remain on track.
• Recognize risks to participant safety or research quality, always acting with empathy and prioritizing well-being.
• Partner with sponsors, vendors, and multidisciplinary colleagues from the trial's start to completion, prioritizing teamwork.
