What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine end-to-end candidate experience strategies for remote hiring environments
  • Collaborate with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and TA teams to create tailored candidate engagement touchpoints.
  • Build feedback loops through post-interview surveys and analytics tools to gather insights on the candidate journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure interviewers are trained on structured interviews, bias awareness, and digital etiquette
  • Lead initiatives for candidate communication templates, interview scheduling frameworks, and onboarding transitions
  • Introduce innovation through tools like asynchronous video platforms, automated workflows, and candidate dashboards.
  • Analyze candidate experience KPIs like drop-off rates, net promoter scores, and time-to-engagement to drive improvement.s
  • Act as an internal advocate for candidate-centric hiring practices across departments

Work Environment and Collaboration

This is a fully remote position that empowers you to operate from any location while staying closely connected with global recruiting teams. You’ll work in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment that values collaboration, trust, and autonomy. Regular virtual stand-ups, global offsites, and cross-functional meetings ensure you’re never working in isolation. You’ll partner daily with recruiters, talent operations, DEI specialists, and hiring leaders to refine and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Tools and Technologies You’ll Use

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable
  • Experience design tools such as Miro, Notion, or Lucidchart for mapping workflows
  • Communication platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Loom
  • Survey and feedback tools, including Culture Amp, Survicate, or Typeform
  • Data dashboards powered by Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI
  • AI-based scheduling and engagement tools such as GoodTime or Paradox

What We’re Looking For

  • At least four years of hands-on involvement in hiring strategy, recruitment coordination, or people experience programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize remote hiring pipelines
  • Proficiency in tools and technology relevant to virtual hiring and engagement
  • Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and accessible recruitment methods
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities rooted in empathy and clarity
  • Experience analyzing feedback data to drive continuous process improvements
  • A passion for turning data into action and creating people-centered processes
  • Forward-thinking professional who thrives on delivering results efficiently while upholding excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR, TA, or Experience Design (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with candidate experience mapping and persona creation
  • Familiarity with remote onboarding best practices
  • Previous experience in high-growth or international hiring environments
