Remote Blockchain Security Developer

Remote Blockchain Security Developer – Secure the Next Era of Decentralized Tech

Imagine building safer, more innovative blockchain systems for users worldwide—without leaving your home office. If you thrive on solving puzzles, spotting what others miss, and knowing your work truly protects people, you’ll feel right at home here. Blockchain security isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about creating trust in a world where every transaction, every line of code, and every decision carries real value.

Where You Make an Impact

• Your code and ideas will keep millions of users and assets safe from harm, fraud, and loss.
• You’ll champion trust, transparency, and proactive risk management for every project and product release.
• People will rely on your expertise to navigate the high-stakes world of blockchain technology—knowing you’ve thought of what could go wrong before anyone else.

Your Contributions

• Strengthen smart contracts and DApps so they can withstand real-world threats, not just theoretical ones.
• Spot weaknesses before anyone else does—your discoveries will shape how products are built and improved.
• Build the tools, run the audits, and create workflows that help teams move quickly without compromising care.
• Partner with engineering, design, and product to deliver security that feels seamless—not restrictive.
• Guide critical decisions, from pull requests to major releases, shaping both the roadmaps and the security culture.

What You’ll Tackle

• Tear down smart contracts and protocols to find risks and hidden flaws others miss.
• ⚡ Build automation and tools that make secure code the default, not the exception.
• Work side-by-side with blockchain, backend, and frontend teams to put security at the heart of every project.
• Write documentation and guidance that’s useful, clear, and empowers others to learn from you.
• Run incident reviews and turn mistakes into lessons—raising the bar every time.
• Share practical insights that drive change, not just awareness.

How You Stand Out

• You think like a hacker and a builder—curious, skeptical, but always optimistic.
• You turn the complicated into the understandable, in conversation and in writing.
• When you see a risk, you explain it, teach it, and inspire others to care.
• You treat new protocols and attack vectors as chances to learn, not as headaches.

What You Bring

• Strong, hands-on experience with blockchain systems, consensus, and smart contract logic.
• Fluent in Solidity, Rust, or similar languages (and comfortable working with EVM chains and newer L1/L2 solutions).
• Proven history in finding, fixing, and preventing security issues in live environments.
• Practical with security audit tools, fuzzing, and code reviews.
• Great at making complex things simple—over Slack, video call, or in a code review.
• Bonus if you’ve contributed to open-source projects or reported real-world bugs.

How Remote Life Works Here

• 100% remote—you design your day for focus and deep work, syncing as needed via Slack, Notion, and short team huddles.
• You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, and support to build solutions users love.
• We trust you to set priorities, learn quickly, and share your knowledge. Growth happens here—mistakes included.
• The pace is quick, but you’ll have the space you need for research, experimentation, and meaningful progress.

How You’ll Grow

• Your work will set standards for both the company and the broader blockchain community.
• You’ll help shape the direction—both technical and cultural—of how we approach security here.
• Whether it’s conferences, hackathons, or internal learning, you’ll keep pushing your skills forward.
• What you build and protect will have a visible, lasting impact across the decentralized tech landscape.
