Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, refining priorities based on real user needs and market shifts
• Drive cross-team alignment during planning sessions and daily standups using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Use Notion and Figma to collaborate on requirements, prototypes, and workflow improvements
• Guide sprint reviews and retrospectives, always looking for ways to make the next cycle more effective
• Share updates with stakeholders, connecting business outcomes to the details of daily execution
• Remove blockers for your team, ensuring momentum doesn’t stall
• Champion agile workflow best practices and encourage creative problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience in remote product management or ownership, with a record of launching features at scale
• Deep understanding of agile workflow and how to foster team alignment across time zones
• Track record of translating data, feedback, and vision into clear product plans
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Notion, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• You simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Bonus: Experience with feature lifecycle management, road mapping, and global product launches
• You’ve completed advanced studies—whether through a university program, industry certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience—that help you confidently guide teams and products to success
