As a key member of our recruitment team, you will leverage your expertise in online sourcing, strategic recruitment planning, and candidate management to build a high-quality talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the company’s needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and design compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes continuously.
- Online Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
- Utilize various online platforms and tools to source, identify, and engage with potential candidates.
- Implement and manage innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through engaging online content and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Participate in virtual career fairs, webinars, and other online events to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on recruitment performance and areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and enhance the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on online recruiting and sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling various roles across different levels and functions.
- Proficiency in online recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience in leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges related to talent acquisition.
