In this role, you will develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various industries. You will collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:- Talent Strategy Development:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and address current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to source and identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and networking events.
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review and screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidatesβ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Client and Candidate Management:
- Serve as candidates' primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate status and recruitment progress.
- Recruitment Process Improvement:
- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance recruitment strategies and tools.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance metrics.
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote the employer brand and enhance the company's presence in the talent market.
- To attract top talent, create and share engaging content, including job postings, social media updates, and recruitment campaigns.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements and candidate management.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and online job boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
