Key Responsibilities
Coach Clients Remotely
Use video conferencing, messaging apps, and emails to stay connected with your clients. Provide clear, compassionate, and consistent guidance on all aspects of personal wellness, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and goal setting. Be the steady voice that empowers clients to keep pushing forward.
Create Personalized Wellness Plans
No two clients are the same, and neither are their journeys. You’ll develop holistic and realistic plans tailored to each client’s lifestyle, challenges, and long-term goals. These plans may include food strategies, workout regimens, sleep routines, and emotional well-being practices.
Motivate and Empower
Clients often need more than just a plan—they need a partner. Offer emotional support, positive reinforcement, and evidence-based advice to help them stay focused, bounce back from setbacks, and celebrate every win.
Track Progress & Provide Feedback
Measure progress using digital coaching tools and provide feedback based on accurate data and client feedback. Use this information to adapt strategies and ensure everyone gets the most from their wellness experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills to handle multiple clients in a remote setup
