Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation Duties:
- Safely transport clients to various locations promptly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a punctual schedule, ensuring that clients reach their destinations on time.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. This includes checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other essential components.
- Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance to the management promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out.
- Client Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their belongings, if necessary.
- Route Management:
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time while considering traffic conditions.
- Stay updated on road changes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes to ensure seamless transportation.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any expenses incurred during the transportation duties.
- Complete any necessary paperwork related to client transportation, including invoices and receipts.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of both clients and the driver.
- Participate in safety training programs as required and keep abreast of changes in traffic laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s roads, traffic patterns, and regulations.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
