This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a forward-thinking HR technology strategy. Key Responsibilities:- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Develop and articulate HR technology solutions that address complex HR needs and align with organizational goals.
- Design scalable and sustainable architecture for HR systems, ensuring integration with existing platforms and future technology enhancements.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions, ensuring they meet functional, technical, and business requirements.
- Technology Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of HR technology solutions, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR-related platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and deploy HR technology solutions.
- Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance on best practices for HR technology utilization.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate technology solutions, project status, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
- Integration and Optimization:
- Ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions with other enterprise systems, such as finance, payroll, and talent management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, addressing issues and optimizing technology solutions as needed.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure HR technology solutions adhere to data privacy regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Implement and manage data governance practices to protect sensitive HR information and maintain system integrity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact HR technology.
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor deliverables meet organizational expectations.
- Regularly reviews vendor performance and technology solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR teams and end-users to maximize the effective use of HR technology solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in HR technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, HR Technology Consultant, or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms, with hands-on experience in implementation and integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering technology solutions that address complex HR needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including engaging with stakeholders at all levels and effectively managing vendor relationships.
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, focusing on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security standards related to HR technology.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of emerging HR technology trends and innovations.
- Certifications in relevant HR technology platforms or project management methodologies.
