Key Responsibilities
Designing & Curating Digital Training
- Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning pathways tailored to organizational needs.
- Select and implement interactive e-learning tools that enhance engagement and retention.
- Curate a diverse learning asset portfolio, such as videos, simulations, digital handbooks, and collaborative exercises.
Overseeing Learning Systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth enrollment, access, and completion tracking.
- Monitor training participation and generate actionable insights to fine-tune programs.
- Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards, comply with industry regulations, and reflect brand voice.
Coordinating Virtual Sessions
- Schedule and facilitate live training sessions across global time zones, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between instructors, learners, and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and support participant needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date training calendar and documentation hub for easy reference.
Measuring Learning Impact
- Collect participant feedback through post-training surveys and real-time polls.
- Analyze learning data to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop periodic reports that summarize learning outcomes and align them with business objectives.
