The Real Work You’ll Be Doing

• Lead workshops and 1:1 sessions with clients across industries—from fast fashion to fintech.
• Turn data into stories. Create reports that clearly convey sustainability information.
• Help teams set and track ESG goals (without making it all about spreadsheets).
• Spot quick wins and long-term shifts. Sometimes, a minor tweak makes a big difference.

What You’ll Need to Bring

We don’t obsess over resumes. But here’s what’s helped folks succeed here:

• 3–5+ years in sustainability, consulting, or ESG-focused work.
