Take ownership of daily and monthly accounting tasks—from reconciliations to preparing clean, audit-ready financials.

You'll oversee the movement of money across rent, maintenance, taxes, and vendor payments—making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Regular check-ins and report reviews keep everyone aligned. You’ll be the one who spots patterns, flags potential issues, and offers practical solutions.

What Progress Looks Like
Within 3 months, you'll have:
- Cleaned up at least one messy account and simplified the chart of accounts
- Built trust with stakeholders by delivering reliable, timely reports
- Automated a few manual processes to save hours every month
By 6 months:
- You’ll be confidently managing multiple property books
- Clients will turn to you for insights, not just reports
- You’ll be recommending ways to improve and evolve our systems

What Helps You Stand Out

- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (remote work preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
