Key Responsibilities
Design and Develop Engaging Learning Content
Craft high-quality digital learning materials, including videos, interactive activities, eBooks, assessments, and simulations
Tailor content to various learning styles, levels, and professional sectors to ensure inclusivity and accessibility
Integrate best practices in course design and learner engagement strategies to improve effectiveness
Ensure content is visually dynamic, emotionally compelling, and aligned with educational outcomes
Establish clear goals and defined outcomes for each learning experience
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Coordinate closely with instructional collaborators, media creators, and technical developers to shape compelling content experiences
Transform detailed subject knowledge into simple, compelling learning narratives for a virtual audience
Assist in developing roadmaps and aligning team efforts toward shared project objectives
Participate in feedback loops and iterative planning sessions to ensure quality outcomes
Partner with quality assurance professionals to deliver polished, learner-ready content
Utilize Technology and Tools
Leverage authoring platforms like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Rise for developing adaptive and responsive materials
Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard for organizing, distributing, and monitoring content
Interpret performance metrics to guide continuous improvement of course offerings
Perform split testing and user experience trials to optimize learner interaction
Apply accessibility protocols and maintain compatibility across devices and browsers

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communications, or related field
At least three years of proven experience producing digital learning resources
A professional portfolio showcasing varied digital learning solutions

Skilled in audio/video creation and editing tools
