Location: Remote Position Type: Full-Time Annual Salary: $68,654 Overview: We seek an experienced and innovative Virtual Leadership Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at guiding organizations through leadership challenges and driving transformational change. As a Virtual Leadership Consultant, you will provide strategic advice, develop customized leadership programs, and support executive teams in enhancing their leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership Development Strategy:
    • Collaborate with clients to identify leadership development needs and objectives.
    • Design and implement tailored leadership development programs that align with organizational goals and culture.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to assess leadership effectiveness and recommend improvements.

    • Create and conduct virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions on leadership topics such as communication, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.
    • Develop engaging content and interactive exercises that resonate with diverse audiences.

  4. Organizational Assessment:

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ICF, SHRM) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership consulting, executive coaching, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing leadership programs.
  • Skills:
