Key Responsibilities
✅ Vehicle Operations & Driving
- Operate the E-Tempo safely and efficiently, ensuring the timely transport of goods and passengers
- Carefully plan routes to optimize time management and avoid unnecessary delays
- Adapt to traffic conditions and follow GPS navigation for accurate location tracking
- Uphold the highest standards of safe driving while adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations
- Drive responsibly under all weather conditions to ensure the safety of cargo and passengers
✅ Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks at the start and end of every trip to check battery levels, tires, and brakes
- Ensure the E-Tempo remains fully charged and ready for daily operations
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and upkeep to guarantee a professional appearance and functionality
- Report mechanical issues immediately to avoid downtime and disruptions
✅ Customer Service & Interaction
- Communicate courteously with clients, passengers, and other team members
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary to provide seamless service
- Address customer concerns or requests professionally and promptly
✅ Compliance & Documentation
- Strictly follow all government-mandated road safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain proper records of daily trips, charging/fueling logs, and maintenance checklists
- Ensure adherence to work schedules and designated delivery or pickup routes
What We Expect from You
Licensing & Driving Experience
- Must hold a valid driving license to operate a Three-Wheeler E-Tempo
- Previous experience as an E-Tempo driver is preferred but not mandatory
- Confidence in handling an electric vehicle in urban and semi-urban areas
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of road safety rules and traffic regulations
- Ability to use GPS navigation to follow routes efficiently
- Capable of handling basic vehicle troubleshooting if needed
- Good judgment in making quick driving decisions for smooth transport operations
