Your Key Responsibilities

Virtual Patient Care & Support

Conduct remote nursing assessments and provide personalized patient education Assist patients with managing chronic conditions and adhering to medication regimens Offer compassionate support and establish trust with patients Respond to urgent and routine health concerns professionally and efficiently

Team Collaboration & Coordination

Leveraging Telehealth Technology

Required Qualifications
