About the Role

Key Responsibilities

⚕️ Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Health Informatics; Master’s degree is a bonus
- Minimum of 3 years in clinical nursing, plus at least 2 years in healthcare informatics or telehealth
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena
- Strong analytical and visualization capabilities (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with telehealth platforms, UX/UI feedback, and process mapping
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
