As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving its targets. - Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
- Engage customers in a friendly manner, introducing them to our services and offerings.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interests.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information as needed.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary information and follow-up support.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
