Key Responsibilities
Provide Support & Counseling
- Offer guidance to individuals and families facing social, emotional, and economic difficulties.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized intervention plans.

- Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work or a related field.
✔️ Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience
✔️ Minimum of 1-2 years in a social work or case management role.
✔️ Experience in crisis intervention, mental health, or community support is a plus.
Licensure
