Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in two-wheelers, including scooters, motorcycles, and mopeds.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard, minimizing the need for repeat visits.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their service needs and explain the required repairs and associated costs.
- Offer professional advice on maintenance practices to help customers keep their vehicles in optimal condition.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build strong customer relationships.
- Workshop Management:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workshop ensures a safe and efficient working environment.
- Keep accurate records of all services, including parts used and labor hours.
- Ordered and managed spare parts and tools inventory to ensure availability when needed.
- Technical Expertise:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a two-wheeler mechanic with a strong understanding of motorcycle and scooter mechanics.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
