• Work Location: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Flexible Hours, Full-Time

Responsibilities and Key Duties

Core Development Tasks

• ✨ Design, develop, and deploy Unity applications across mobile, desktop, and XR platforms
• Translate product requirements into functional, interactive 2D/3D experiences
• Write clean, scalable C# code and maintain performance efficiency
• Integrate Unity assets, including textures, models, animations, and audio
• Build custom tools and scripts to improve development workflows

Problem Solving & Technical Challenges

• Debug, profile, and optimize code for smooth user experiences
• ✨ Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure fluid UX/UI integration
• ⚡ Resolve bottlenecks and prioritize performance enhancements across devices
• Stay current with Unity updates and emerging tech to keep products future-ready

Team Collaboration

• Join daily project syncs, sprint discussions, and workflow planning sessions
• Conduct peer code reviews to share knowledge and ensure high-quality standards
• Work in tandem with QA, UI/UX designers, and backend developers
• Align with project managers on sprint planning, milestones, and delivery

Optimization and Quality Assurance

• ⚙️ Optimize assets and code to maintain efficient CPU/GPU usage
• Implement in-app diagnostics, logging, and error tracking tools
• Execute unit tests and functional tests and automate critical workflows
• Refactor legacy systems and ensure backward compatibility

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Unity and C# development experience
• Familiarity with the full development lifecycle—from concept to deployment and updates
• Strong grasp of modular programming, system architecture, and memory optimization techniques
• Working experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Proficiency in writing efficient and organized code that supports system performance and security standards

• Knowledge of Unity's rendering pipeline, custom shaders, and physics engine
