Remote Therapy Program Manager
Therapy programs don't run themselves. Someone has to design them, support therapists, monitor outcomes, and make sure the whole thing holds together as it scales. Core Responsibilities

Background We're Looking For
We need someone who's done this work before, not someone learning program management on the job. Clinical grounding matters here — you should understand therapy well enough to make sound judgment calls about how it's delivered remotely, not just manage the logistics.
Required
- Master's degree, minimum, in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of experience in therapy program management or a comparable leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading remote teams and programs
- History of supporting clients whose life circumstances and backgrounds differ widely
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially across distributed teams
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for care delivery and program tracking
Helpful, Not Required
- Doctoral degree in a mental health–related discipline
- Experience building programs aimed at underserved or hard-to-reach populations
- Background in policy development within a clinical or healthcare setting
