Candidate-Focused Communication

• Keep applicants informed with timely, clear updates

Process and System Management

• Navigate applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or iCIMS.
• Create and analyze recruitment reports, including time-to-hire and experience ratings.
• Offer process improvement suggestions grounded in data and observation

Cultural Advocacy and DEI Support

• Reinforce our employer brand across every touchpoint
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts during the hiring process
