About the Role

As a Remote RPO Recruiter, you will serve as a vital extension of our client’s in-house hiring team, delivering tailored recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and others. This role requires agility, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of recruitment analytics, candidate engagement strategies, and digital hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Core Recruitment Functions

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and success profiles

Sourcing and Engagement

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract active and passive candidates.
• Leverage Boolean search, resume databases, and digital sourcing platforms effectively
• Maintain candidate pipelines through proactive relationship-building and engagement.

Metrics and Candidate Experience

• Track metrics and recruitment KPIs using applicant tracking systems and dashboards
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Market Intelligence

• Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of RPO or full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or embedded setting
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation strategies
• Strong grasp of compliance standards, EEOC guidelines, and recruitment ethics
• Experience hiring across diverse domains such as healthcare, tech, operations, or customer success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing deadlines
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-evolving hiring landscapes

Compensation

This remote role offers an annual salary of $70,000, along with performance incentives and milestone-based bonuses.
