What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)

  • Leading end-to-end research studies (qual and quant, mixed methods, surveys, you name it)
  • Talking to real users, customers, and stakeholders—not just clicking through forms
  • Turning complex findings into clear, simple takeaways
  • Collaborating with product teams, marketing folks, and execs to make sure insights don’t get lost in the shuffle
You’ll be the go-to person when teams are stuck or asking: "What do we actually know about this?" And the best part? Your work will directly shape what we launch, how we grow, and where we’re headed next.

A Day in the Life (It’s Not All Spreadsheets)

Honestly? No two days look the same. But here’s how it usually plays out:
  • Morning check-in with the team (we keep it tight—15 mins max)
  • Reviewing new research requests from stakeholders—deciding what’s urgent, what’s interesting
  • Running interviews or usability tests (yes, we record everything and use the good stuff for team share-outs)
  • Synthesizing insights, pulling out patterns, connecting dots others might miss
  • Dropping notes into Slack or hopping into a quick call when something needs context
Some days it’s head-down work. Others, it’s full-on collaboration. Either way, you’re always supported and never left figuring things out alone.
