Remote Organizational Health Consultant

Location: Remote Annual Salary: $99,283 Position Overview: We seek a passionate and experienced Remote Organizational Health Consultant to join our team.    • Conduct comprehensive organizational health assessments through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

   • Utilize statistical analysis tools to interpret data trends and present findings to stakeholders.
2. Strategic Development:
   • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
   • Create actionable plans based on assessment results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
   • Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions on team dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution.
3. Implementation and Support:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in organizational consulting, change management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of organizational health metrics and assessment tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and training programs for diverse audiences.
