Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable organizational development strategies
- Conduct organizational assessments using data and interviews
- Partner with executive teams to align workforce structure with strategic priorities
- Facilitate change management initiatives that enhance adaptability and clarity
- Lead remote-focused team workshops and training sessions
- Build leadership readiness through succession planning and mentorship systems
- Establish success metrics and monitor progress across OD programs
- Support digital collaboration norms that improve productivity and engagement
- Identify challenges in team dynamics and provide actionable solutions
- Ensure continuous alignment of people strategy with business transformation goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology, Human Capital, or Business (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in OD or organizational transformation roles
- Experience advising leaders on workforce structure and design
- Strong familiarity with remote-first and hybrid workforce dynamics
- Confident in data interpretation and translating insight into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, systems-oriented mindset
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory and behavior change principles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous global environment
