Remote Nutrition Therapist
Why This Role Feels Different
Imagine guiding someone through their toughest health challenges, right from your kitchen table or favorite coffee shop. Here,
you’re not just giving out meal plans—
you’re helping people make life-changing decisions about their health and habits. And yes,
you’re doing it in a way that fits your life, without a long commute or strict office hours. Sounds good, right?
We’re a close-knit team of nutrition experts, wellness coaches, and everyday people who believe healthy living should feel doable, not like a punishment.
We’re here for the real-life wins: the first week someone sticks to their plan, the moment they say, "I actually feel good today," the confidence in their voice when they realize they can keep going.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Some mornings,
you’ll be on video calls with clients who just need that extra push. Other days,
you’ll dive into creating easy, flexible meal ideas for someone juggling work, kids, and everything in between. You might spend an hour reviewing a food journal, spotting patterns they haven’t seen before, and sharing tips that actually fit their lifestyle.
And yes, there’s paperwork (we’ll be real with you). But there’s also laughter, quick team chats, and a surprising amount of "Wow, I needed that" messages in your inbox.
How You’ll Make an Impact
We’ve seen it happen: a client who thought nothing would work finally feels in control. That’s where
you come in.
You’ll help people:
- Build healthier eating habits that actually last.
- Understand the why behind their food choices.
- Balance nutrition with real-life demands (hello, busy schedules).
- Navigate health challenges like diabetes, heart health, or weight changes with compassion and clarity.
It’s not just about the science—it’s about the stories, the encouragement, and the steady belief that they can do this.
Skills That Make You Shine
Here’s the thing—you don’t need to sound like a textbook. What matters is your ability to connect, explain, and motivate.
- You know nutrition inside and out, but you’re just as comfortable talking about someone’s favorite pizza topping.
- You listen more than you talk.
- You ask the right questions to uncover what’s really going on.
- You’re tech-friendly enough to navigate video calls, shared docs, and client platforms without frustration.
- You can balance empathy with gentle accountability.
If you’ve worked with diverse clients before, you know that no two stories are the same. That’s a big plus.
What You’ll Need in Your Toolkit
We want you to feel set up for success from day one.
- A background in nutrition, dietetics, or a related health field.
- A recognized certification or license (depending on where you’re based).
- A quiet, reliable workspace for client calls.
- Strong communication skills—both spoken and written.
- The patience to guide people through ups, downs, and everything in between.
A Peek Into Our Remote Culture
Remote work can feel lonely sometimes. We get it. That’s why
we keep things connected with weekly team huddles, instant chat check-ins, and the occasional "coffee over Zoom" just to talk about life.
You’ll hear stories from colleagues about a client who finally hit their blood sugar goals, or how someone figured out a way to eat better without spending more. And when you need backup, there’s always someone ready to brainstorm with you.
How We Work Together
We believe in flexibility, but also in showing up for each other. That means:
- Setting your schedule, but being consistent for your clients.
- Sharing wins (big or small) with the team.
- Pitching in with ideas for resources, tools, and approaches.
- Celebrating progress, not perfection.
The Money Talk
This role comes with an annual salary of
$77,000. It’s a full-time position with room to grow. We value the work you do and believe it should be rewarded fairly.
What Success Looks Like Here
You know
you’re thriving when:
- Your clients trust you enough to share the hard stuff.
- You see real, measurable changes in their health and mindset.
- You feel energized (most days) by the work you’re doing.
- You’re learning new things from the team and your clients.
- You can look back on the month and think, "Yeah, I made a difference."
Why You’ll Love It Here
It’s not just the work—it’s the way we do it.
- No micromanaging. We trust you to get things done.
- Support when you need it, space when you don’t.
- Real conversations, not just "status updates."
- A team that actually cares about your wellbeing.
We know life happens. Sick kid? Internet outage? Just feeling off? We understand. We work with each other, not against each other.
A Real Story From the Team
Last month, one of our therapists, Maya, shared a story in our chat. She’d been working with a client who couldn’t seem to stick to any plan. After weeks of trial and error, Maya suggested something simple: swap one afternoon snack for a protein-rich option. That was it. The client came back a week later saying they had more energy and fewer cravings. Small step, big change.
That’s the kind of win we live for.
Ready to Step In?
If
you’re nodding along, picturing yourself in this role, let’s talk. Your work here will shape how people see food, health, and themselves.
It won’t always be easy. Some days will test your patience, and others will fill you with joy. But every day will matter.
Let’s Make It Happen
Your expertise. Our platform. Countless lives changed. That’s the goal. And we can’t wait to see how
you’ll bring it to life.
