Position Summary
Purpose of the Role
As an integral Human Resources team member, the
Remote HR Coordinator will support all HR functions, from onboarding and employee relations to records management and compliance. Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate remote onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared
- Facilitate smooth offboarding experiences with dignity, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized employment records from hire to exit, in line with local and global labor standards
HR Administrative Support
- Keep digital personnel files updated and organized using modern HRIS systems
- Assist with managing schedules related to interviews, benefits administration, and team transitions
- Generate reports related to employee headcount, turnover, leave balances, and other key metrics
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Conduct periodic employee surveys to gather feedback and measure morale
- Plan and promote virtual wellness initiatives and social events to strengthen engagement
- Encourage initiatives that highlight contributions, promote team morale, and elevate workplace satisfaction
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Collaborate with legal and HR leaders to update employee handbooks and guidelines
- Ensure consistency with global labor regulations and data privacy practices
- Help coordinate internal audits and ensure the timely completion of required documentation
Learning & Development Coordination
- Manage scheduling and logistics for internal and external training events
- Track participation in learning modules and prepare development progress reports

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an HR support capacity, preferably in remote or hybrid environments
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS platforms, and productivity tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar
