Required Background

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field is the baseline — a Master's is welcome, though it's not required. On the experience side, we're asking for
2 years or more of building instructional or educational content, with remote work experience being a plus but not a hard requirement.

The Actual Work
Videos, slides, activities, full course modules — you're writing and editing across all of it. You'll work alongside curriculum planners and educators to keep quality consistent, and you'll be in regular contact with project leads rather than working in isolation until something's finished. When learner feedback comes back saying a module isn't landing, that becomes your problem to fix — not something to note and move past.
Where the Work Fits
This is fully remote, and the hours are yours to structure as long as deadlines hold. Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Asana handle most day-to-day coordination. Content direction shifts periodically based on what's working and what isn't, so staying looped in with project leads matters more than it might in a role with a fixed curriculum. The Toolkit
