What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Experience and Technical Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or e-learning role.
  • Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital education technologies.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with clarity and precision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
