Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies tailored to business goals.

Content Development & Optimization

• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Utilize AI-based marketing tools and automation software for content scheduling and optimization.
• Work closely with creative teams to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
• Implement effective storytelling techniques to connect with audiences and humanize the brand.
• Optimize posts for SEO and discoverability to expand reach and engagement.
• Test and refine content strategies through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Community Building & Customer Engagement

• Actively monitor and manage social media conversations related to the brand.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:
