Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with business goals
• Identify and integrate advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance performance
• Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the company

Team Leadership & Development

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong background in business intelligence, data science, and statistical analysis

✅ Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline architecture
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, big data analytics, and predictive modeling techniques
• Strong grasp of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
