Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting Functions

• Prepare, reconcile, and maintain general ledger entries to ensure accuracy across all financial records.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Compile financial statements and deliver concise reports to leadership for operational and strategic planning.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure consistent reconciliation between entities.
• Monitor prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules using automation tools.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Create timely, GAAP-compliant financial reports using cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Perform trend and variance analysis to support budget tracking and expense forecasting.
• Build interactive dashboards to track key financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to develop strategic forecasts and rolling budgets.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders through well-structured reporting packages.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Prepare audit-ready documentation in alignment with internal controls and SOX guidelines.
• Respond to external auditor requests and facilitate seamless audit processes.
• Ensure tax compliance by coordinating with global finance teams and external consultants.
• Maintain compliance with evolving tax laws, including nexus analysis and digital sales tax.
• Implement and monitor internal control frameworks to ensure the integrity of financial data.
