Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Remote Career Assessment Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Career Assessment Administration:
   • Conduct thorough and personalized career assessments for clients using various tools and methodologies.
   • Analyze assessment results to provide actionable insights and recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
   • Develop and refine assessment tools and techniques to enhance accuracy and relevance.
2. Client Consultation and Guidance:
   • Discuss assessment results and career development strategies with clients through virtual meetings.
   • Offer expert advice on career planning, job search strategies, and professional growth opportunities.
   • Create customized career development plans based on assessment outcomes and client goals.
3. Research and Analysis:
   • Stay current with industry trends, emerging career fields, and changes in the job market.
   • Research and evaluate new assessment tools and techniques to ensure the use of best practices.
   • Analyze client data and feedback to identify patterns and improve assessment processes.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, interactions, and progress.
   • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for clients and stakeholders.
   • Track and measure the effectiveness of career assessments and client outcomes.
5. Collaboration and Support:
   • Work closely with other career services professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client support.
   • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
   • Provide support and guidance to junior team members or interns as needed.
6. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement.
   • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
   • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and positive outcomes through effective communication and support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Career Counseling, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in career assessment or counseling are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in career counseling, assessment, or a related field. Experience in remote work and virtual client interactions is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply assessment data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients remotely.

Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is $83,334, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
