About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive, full-cycle campus recruitment strategies that align with company goals and DEI initiatives.
- Foster partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional student groups to build pipelines of emerging talent.
- Organize and attend virtual career fairs, panel discussions, and networking events to ensure high brand visibility and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and program leads to understand talent requirements, job profiles, and timelines.
- Curate an exceptional candidate journey, from initial engagement to final onboarding, with a focus on personalization and empathy.
- Use digital recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage workflows, communicate effectively, and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, evaluate ROI from campus partnerships, and continuously refine outreach strategies based on data.

What You Bring
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced remote environments and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- 3+ years in university relations, early-career recruiting, or high-volume recruitment
- Deep understanding of campus outreach trends, virtual recruiting methods, and student engagement strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative while collaborating cross-functionally
- Comfort with digital platforms, recruitment analytics, and data-informed decision-making
