  • Use real feedback to keep improving. Some days, you might read through dozens of survey comments. Other days, you’ll spot a trend in how people are engaging and try something new.
  • Keep things moving. Deadlines happen, life happens, and sometimes you have to make the call: do we ship now, or hold off and polish more? You’re the one who balances quality and speed.
  • Guide a small team of remote trainers and mentors. Everyone brings their own style—your job is to help them shine, stay connected, and keep learning from each other.
