Location: Remote Annual Salary: $76,000 Position Overview: The Online Talent Development Coordinator is a key player in driving the growth and success of our talent development programs. This role is designed for a motivated and experienced professional who excels in creating and managing online learning initiatives that foster employee skill development and career advancement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, online learning technologies, and project management. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development and Management:
    • Design, develop, and implement online training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
    • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Develop comprehensive training content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia materials.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
    • Continuously update and enhance training materials to reflect industry trends and emerging technologies.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Leverage online learning platforms and tools to deliver high-quality training experiences.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners and facilitators.
    • Stay current with advancements in online learning technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in designing and managing online learning programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and online learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling training content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
