Position Overview:
The Online Talent Development Coordinator is a key player in driving the growth and success of our talent development programs. This role is designed for a motivated and experienced professional who excels in creating and managing online learning initiatives that foster employee skill development and career advancement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, online learning technologies, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and implement online training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Content Creation:
- Develop comprehensive training content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Continuously update and enhance training materials to reflect industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Technology Integration:
- Leverage online learning platforms and tools to deliver high-quality training experiences.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners and facilitators.
- Stay current with advancements in online learning technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Communicate effectively with participants to provide guidance, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed to supplement internal training resources.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze training data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and participant progress.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure completion.
- Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Learning Culture Promotion:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Promote and encourage participation in training programs through various communication channels.
- Recognize and celebrate achievements and milestones to motivate and engage learners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Masterβs degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in designing and managing online learning programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and online learning technologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling training content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
