Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects from start to finish
Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and values
Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment across remote teams
Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure transparent communication with all involved parties
Supply Chain Optimization
Identify process inefficiencies and build solutions using data and technology
Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or values
Evaluate new software tools, vendors, and partners for continuous improvement
Create standardized documentation and process flows to streamline execution
Team Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and tech teams to align operations
Foster open communication, psychological safety, and mutual respect within the team

Professional Skills
Proven experience in supply chain project management (5+ years)

Ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and deliver within scope
