  • Offer support with account setup, data syncing, and managing alerts
  • Troubleshoot technical bugs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Assist customers with password recovery and security settings

Operational and Admin Duties

  • Maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Assist in coordinating calls, virtual meetings, and site visits for clients

  • Send follow-up messages and confirmations to clients
